Job description:
• Leading and motivating the team of Lead Engineers
• Managing the projects for the Research and Development
• Selecting and co-coordinating suppliers
• Communication with customers
• Calculating costs of product modifications

Requirements:
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or technical
• Fluent in English or fluent German with basics English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management
• Understanding of automotive industry processes (Toyota Production System)
